This clip is from ‘Les tete a claques’. the reason why the audio is un-sync its because it have been translated to english.

It hasn’t been translated into English, it is IN English. The original is viewable at http://www.tetesaclaques.tv/video.php?vid=654 and the sync is fine. Watch the mouth movements, they are human actors speaking (like the old “Clutch Cargo” or “Space Angel” cartoons) and they are speaking in English.
