Tera Patrick At The Grammy’s

Why was Tera Patrick at the Grammy’s? Did she release a single or something that I haven’t heard about? I don’t mind at all that she appeared at the Grammy’s, I just think it’s awkward that pornstars are showing up at an event which gives out awards to musicians. Maybe it’s because popstars today act more and more like pornstars in their videos or perhaps it’s because the word popstar and pornstar looks so similar?
