2. Well, at the risk of sounding like a douchebag: Back pain isn’t the inevitable fate of every buxom girl. Contrary to what many guys think (and contrary to how some girls would like to sell themselves), natural breasts aren’t actually *that* heavy.
A couple of years ago, a German boutique chain published some sort of weight table as an advertising gag. Actually kind of interesting.
For example, even something as massive as natural G cups weigh “only” a combined 4.5 lbs (~ 2.1 kg) on average. For a woman like Jana Defi, that’s about 2-3% of her body weight.
With the right training they can actually mitigate the risk of back pain quite a bit.
