Last night ALL the celebs attended something called China Through The Looking Glass Costume Institute Gala in New York, but unfortunately there were more ass on display (stay tuned to The Nip Slip for that) rather than boobs. With one exception named Katy Perry that is. Her boobs looked great in a graffiti inspired dress!
