It’s long overdue but here is another edition in my classic boobs series. Patricia Farinelli was Playmate of the Month in the 1981 December issue of Playboy and.. that is pretty much it. She unfortunately didn’t pose nude much after that but she is still considered one of the bustiest models ever to pose nude for the magazine.
She became a born-again Christian in 1984 so add her to the long line of big boobs lost to Jesus. She was a true natural beauty though!
