Alley had breast reduction surgery in 2007 due to chronic back problems. In all of her post-surgery sets, her areolasâ€â€not her nipplesâ€â€appeared to be smaller. It may actually be the case, or it may be an optical illusion resulting from her no longer having large naturally hanging breasts that she had when she was a larger cup size.
