Abigail Ratchford made a sexy burger video a while ago in which she wore an In-N-Out Burger hat! Not FUCKING cool Abigail!! In-N-Out is NOT fucking Carl’s Jr!! In-N-Out Burger is now threatening to sue Abi Ratchford unless she removes the video immediately. I’ll let TMZ give you the details.

In and Out has every right to sue her for damaging their brand. She has no action against them in any way.
A rather clever publicity stunt on her part, whether it was her original idea or not. More people will come to know who she is now.
Though, I agree with Lance, and I expect that video to be brought down very soon. I couldn’t care less, the video is too short, and she probably has better ones anyways. But if anyone really likes that video, I suggest you find a way to save it before it’s gone.
Dis hoe does everything to be on the news, being sued might actually be good for her. She is a professional attention whore, she needs media coverage, be it good or bad. Maybe she even did this on purpose…
