This is clearly a photoshop hoax. Not in the world it would be possible that she did not move a millimeter when her the duck fist would add that pressure to her breast. Secondly, the flowers under the armpit of donald are ADDED. Thirdly the shot with the breast is a zoom-in of the original, so that the photoshopper wouldn’t had to go trough even more work to replace the duck hand that is positioned over the rest of the flowers, which he then would had to replace. That is the second shot is a crop of the original. I did go trough some work to illustrate this in an animated GIF. All what has color in the grey shot is ADDED / different.
