Fake done well is is actually okay. (Natural always feels and looks better IMO) but the problem is women get implants that are too big, and then compound the problem by trying to lose all their body fat.
Big tits with no fat to hide the implants don’t look natural. Basketballs and beach balls don’t turn me on. Neither do scars or stretched nipples.
