Fellows, when people in America “find God” it’s because they’ve hit some kind of very low point in their lives. I don’t know Erica’s story, but I’d bet money that she was either deeply ashamed, or else doing some serious drugs (or both). She wasn’t doing hardcore porn, so the stereotype of “sexually abusive family member” doesn’t necessarily fit, but who knows.
She didn’t quit because she became a Christian. She became a Christian because she wanted to quit.
