Washington Capitals Wins the Stanley Cup!! Girl Celebrates by Flashing Boobs!

Congrats to the Washington Capitals and especially Ovi and Backstrom for winning the cup last night!! While they celebrated on the ice, a girl celebrated by flashing her boobs in the stands!!
