I believe the 2010 AVN Awards and adult expo is happening right now in Las Vegas and I will probably have some more pics from the event soon.

Shauna Sand is apparently at the show, I assume to promote her sex tape, which means that she can be 100% considered a porn star now instead of “former Playboy model”?
