I simply traced over a pic of Lucy in the same pose as Kim above, then did the same to kim and compared the lines.
That’s how you tell real from fake. You’ll notice in the real boob pic the boob’s top is a slope down to an upward pointing nipple and a round bottom that smashes against the rib cage.
The fake boob has a rounded gravity defying top to a forward pointing nipple and the boob sits outside of the ribcage because it can’t smash down due to the implant.
