I dont know what the “blond” was trying to do (last part of the video) at that contest but a wet t-shirt contest is for showing boobs, not some kind of flat ironing board. Go grow some boobs and come back later.
Kind of disappointing. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a girl win a wet t-shirt contest without actually lifting up her shirt and showing the goods.
